Rope Climb, Dips, Squats

3 Rounds:

Ladder Climb 5x
21 Dips
50 Squats

On my first ladder climb I tried to use all arm strength to pull myself up each rung. Then, I switched to climbing up and down as fast as I could thinking that was sufficient for a workout.

Time: 10.42

Next Goal: Under 10 min.

Run 20 seconds Rest 40 15x

I ran 1500m.

I would like to repeat this workout soon and see if I can push myself to run a mile.

Squat Snatch Thrusters & Chest to Bar Pull-ups

5x with 55lbs.

Felt good about the squat snatch Thrusters. The pull-ups were definitely burning my calories!

I started to finish after three rounds...oops. Definitely lost momentum and motivation. Got a 30-60 sec. break and started my last set of 3. At least I was under 30 min. Pay better attention next time.
