Rope Climb, Dips, Squats

3 Rounds:

Ladder Climb 5x
21 Dips
50 Squats

On my first ladder climb I tried to use all arm strength to pull myself up each rung. Then, I switched to climbing up and down as fast as I could thinking that was sufficient for a workout.

Time: 10.42

Next Goal: Under 10 min.
